Gibbsville Cheese, located a few miles south of Sheboygan Falls in east central Wisconsin, has been owned and operated by the Van Tatenhove family for over 65 years. During that time it has earned a reputation as a producer of fine cheddar, colby, montery jack, and two-tone (montery and colby) cheeses. Not only is the firm known for its fine cheeses, but for the friendly and knowledgeable staff in the "company" store.
