Trek & Trail, Inc. 7 Washington Ave. Bayfield, WI 54814

Over the past 20 years we have established a quality reputation with a diverse range of colleges, universities, schools, camps and scout groups. Through these relationships we have learned that individual groups have their own unique needs, focuses, finances, and schedules.
At Trek & Trail we understand your needs and welcome the opportunity to custom design a program that will help your group reach its desired objectives. Group activities may include sea kayaking, dog sledding, climbing, mountain biking, or camping. Initiative games and low ropes elements can be incorporated along with outdoor adventure activities to help groups obtain desired objectives. Trips may be gender specific, involve adjudicated youth, or other special populations. Most courses can be universally accessible, and many of our educational trips and courses are custom designed to meet specific goals and utilize resources available through the organizations we work with. They can be designed for people who have little or no experience in the outdoors and for experienced outdoorsmen and outdoorswomen who want to increase their technical skills or prepare to lead groups into wilderness areas. To make the most of our outdoor experiences, each course or trip has a unique focus that will reinforce our philosophy of "learning by doing." These programs require both individual and team effort and will build teamwork, leadership, and communication.

Marsh-N-Stream Kayak Outings
Marsh-N-Stream Kayak Outings
Welcome to Marsh-N-Stream Kayak Outings.
I am your guide, Scott Gerharz. I am a full-time Milwaukee firefighter and also run Marsh-N-Stream Kayak Outings with my wife Tracy. I have been kayaking southeast Wisconsin for nine years. This company was born out of my desire to share my love of kayaking our beautiful waters.
We are excited about our new Lulu Lake outing and hope you will check it out. We hope you find our Web site informative. If you have any further questions, please call us at (414) 688-2378, or e-mail us at stkcgerharz@msn.com.
At Marsh-N-Stream we make kayaking an activity for everyone. We use safe, stable, recreational kayaks on calm inland waters. We offer a relaxing nature viewing experience in some of southeastern Wisconsin's most spectacular areas.
When you schedule an outing with us, you will be reserving a private outing for a date and time that suits you. Only your group and your guide will be on your outing.
On the day of your outing, we will provide kayaks, personal floatation vests, paddles, gloves, basic kayaking and safety instructions and an experienced and knowledgeable guide.
The length and pace of your outing is up to you. We are equally happy paddling slowly, taking time to really see all the plants and animals or paddling fast and getting a good workout.
Our outings generally last for 2 - 5 hours, depending on the location.
Our season is May 1 through October 31.
If you are ready to schedule an outing or if you have a question, please call Marsh-N-Stream at 414-688-2378 or e-mail at stkcgerharz@msn.com
Kayak outings make a great gift, ask us about outing gift certificates.
