Tubing Parties

I'm from Canada and planning a trip out to Apple River for the July long weekend this summer. Anyway, just looking for some input and advice as to where to camp and tube. What's the best location along the river there for just plain old partying, drinking, tubing and drinking. Preferrably some place with a younger crowd that'll be packed that weekend. I've seen some of the places on the internet, but I'm sure those of you who live around there will have a better idea as to where the place to be is to party out a weekend.
Let me know, I'd appreciate any input.

I never have been down that river yet but from what I understand it is a big party concert/tubing trip.

Consider whitewater rafting - Wisconsin has some fine outfitters with many types of rafting activitys, from tubing to kayaking. The Wolf River would be more of what you are looking for but the Peshtigo and Menominee both have alot of other events and activitys near by.
