Just got home from a family gathering where we made up a triple batch of crub. My gramma taught me years ago but we make the dough with the beef broth and boil it in salted water. Then fry it the next day in oil. In fact, I've got three plump little crubs to fry up and not all of them will make it to tomorrow!

Oh how I miss Krub, my mom use to make it several times each winter and I have not had any since she passed away. We hope to try to make some this winter if I can remember how she did all the steps.

I vote for Pizza since my home town is the place where Tombstone pizzas are made.
Pizza? I'm a Chicago Pizza lover so can't quite see Pizza as the Wisconsin food.... sorry. But that is interesting to read about Tombstone, didn't realize it was made here. I'll have to look at the package next time we get one.
