Milwaukee Admirals Hockey!

The 2007-2008 Milwaukee Admirals season begins in less than a month. Not sure how many hockey fans there are here but I am and I can't wait!! The team's training camp opens today. Also if you're looking for some good entertainment and a fairly reasonable price, definately check out the Admirals - hard-hitting and exciting action!! It'd be cool to see a bunch more people come out to games this year!

I guess we don't have many hockey fans here... the Admirals have a very good team this year... a mix of younger guys and older European players (older = mid/late 20's). The team is really fast and exciting to watch. Just this past Wednesday the Admirals beat the Quad City Flames 8-1!!!

The flames seems like an ironic name for an ice hockey team. Admirals games are always fun though.

Hockey is waaaaaaay better in person, at the game, than televised. Besides the crowd and atmosphere, the sounds are much different. You here a lot more in person, big sounds of sticks and grunts as guys get body checked.
