legal and financial advice for non-profit org, free of course

i am looking for some free legal and financial advice for a non profit organization.
does anyone has any suggestions as to where or who we can go to for this information? we would like to start fund raising and need to know how to do it legally.

I have found that it's always a good idea to try to get some donated volunteer services from local accounting firms and attorneys - although most of my nonprofit experience has been with local community type nonprofits...

but if you know some accountants or attorneys that are interested in whatever the mission of the nonprofit is, even better....

plus, they can use it as a tax writeoff if the nonprofit in question is IRS 501(c)(3) or similar - of course you'll probably need the accountant and attorney to GET the 501(c)(3) status from IRS first lol....
