newbie from Sheboygan

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Marisa, am 28 and from Sheboygan. I have 2 kids. I like to travel, when I can, wish it could be more often though. I currently am working on going back to school to get a better education and then go more for something that will hopefully make a good lifetime job, whatever that may be at this point I'm not sure but eventually it will be figured out. :-) I'm into fishing, not anything major just the basic recreational type. I am into cars, the older ones. Not granny mobiles either! lol My main interest is the Monte Carlo, mid 80's preferably. Others would be the camaro, firebird, mustang, thunderbird, grand national, regal, etc. I'm not an expert on cars nor will I ever claim to be but I do love cars and what they are as a whole. I like to learn about the history of places, things and the facts of it. I noticed that this site has some listings for places to visit for that. Partying is not my thing, I don't see a reason or purpose to it but that's just my opinion. I am laid back and would rather either stay home, go to a car show or just relax outside then go out and make a fool out of myself getting drunk somewhere! lol Boy I don't know what else to say, I'm not very good with words as you have already seen. So if there's anything else I will add it or just ask if you have a question.

Since your a traveler, I see you traveled to the best to the best site in Wisconsin. I enjoyed reading your profile and I hope to read more posts soon. My favorite car is a GTO. Had one at one time, oh well maybe one day I buy another.

I think you're great with words! Welcome! Thank you for becoming a Member and introducing yourself here. That was a wonderful introduction.

Hope you'll consider joining us on a campout in June. Free fishing to boot! More info will be in the Water Cooler News starting next Wednesday.

Welcome to the bubbler Marisa! I go to your town almost everyday for work. Great introduction also. I hope you find alot of great posts here that can benefit you and your outdoor needs. Alot of great people here...i wont name them all, theres over 5000 though, that will gladly help you out with anything you need. All you have to do is ask. We are here to help. I too am from Sheboygan. Moved here in late 80's from bayfield. Just wanted to say hello, and see who else is here from sheboygan. I know there are more out there. I use the classifieds alot, and when I am not too busy, I contribute to the forums. I fill out the polls and post a few notes occasionally. I too have been a traveler, having worked or been thru, 42 states. I am a single dad now, with animals, so traveling is not part of my present schedule, except to festivals and concerts during the summer. Thats it for now. Take care-Moosebreath

My favorite car was one I use to own, a 1967 Camero. I also had a 1969 Nova, 73 Challenger, yellow with a black racing strip, an old 60's Rambler Ambassador, 73 Olds Delta 88 black convertable, to list a few.

Of course that was back in the day when we did not know we all had great cars that everyone would die for in the future! lol IF only I kept a few. At least the Camero and the Nova.

Anyways, come on to the forums sometime and everyone can talk about the good ole cars we all use to own.
