Wotcha from Racine
Just reporting in here, letting folks know Racine is currently represented on this fantastic site.
I tried uploading a pic, but it's not happening right now. I'll figure it out.

Quite a bit of intro info on your Member page. I was hoping you'd land here...just about to invite you and saw RedRaven already did - and you posted! Great to have you here. Hope you enjoy many returns (and that you bring your friends).

Thanks.
I'm near the lake, on the south side. How come you moved?

I went to St Johns for middle school, on the North Side. Then we moved to Chicago, and I moved back here with my own family about 5 years ago.

Thanks RedRaven.
And thanks for checking out my sites. I wasn't going to put them on there, and took them down, as they can be taken the wrong way. There's enough online hostility out there to make the internet undesirable. So, I wanted to find a place where I could just chill out, online, rather than defend my principles, which is why I signed up for this site right away. It seems peaceful.
Winter was going well, then all the snow went away. if there's going to be cold air, I would request that there be a couple of feet of snow to go with it. Otherwise, we can just skip the cold air then, right?
Anyway, thanks all for the pleasant greetings. There's a ton of stuff on this site and I look forward to reading as much as I can.

We're flattered and delighted have you here. We do have our moments ~ as does any place where more than one person meets, yet I'm proud of the discourse that takes place here. Homey, personable. When there are disagreements they are generally overwhelmingly respectful.
Some of the best conversations of the last few years have been with Members here, often by PM. I thinks you'll be another great conversationalist to enjoy talking with here. Once again, welcome.
Regards,
Keith

Watchman,
Well I think you found that place and I am glad to say I also find it peaceful here.
Your site is worth checking out regardless of personal opinion, Any one how can voice a opinion or have free thought must also be able to look at the views of the opposite opinions. I must say I enjoy reading such blogs, thoughts and ideas to relate to my personal viewpoints.
I hope you find this site to be the best site in Wisconsin.
RedRaven

Well, so far, so good. Lots of nice folks here and more signing up every day I see.
I'm going to link to this site on one of mine, not that you need it, but I'll put a "As Seen on the Bubbler" link to let folks know I support it.

Hi
Watchman, we used to live in Sturtevant. We built a house in the new subdivision just south of Highway 11 & 90th St. (Majestic Hills) and lived there for six years before moving to the "Middle of Nowhere" up here! We sure did enjoy living there and truly loved the house we built. But, it was always a dream of ours to move to the country and jumped at the opportunity to move when it arose. We went from 1/4 acre (which we thought was heaven) to 2 acres and room to actually make a u-turn in the yard with the 5th wheel! Can't beat that!!!!
If you get to Sturtevant, wave to Mileagers for me. That's one place I dearly miss!

We've been thinking about finding a larger piece of land as well.

Hi Kirsten.
I DID go to St. John's Lutheran, on North Wisconsin.
You might know my brother Ryan, he is four years younger than me and would've been in your grade.
I was there from 4th grade through 6th grade, or from 1983 - 1986, roughly.
