Just wanted to say thank you
I have been a member for awhile now and just wanted to say,I enjoy the site very much. There is a lot of upbeat comments and I enjoy reading things like that. I am 46 and live in Janesville. Moved here 8 yrs ago from northern Minnesota. I drive OTR so don't get on as much as I would like. You all have a great day and again..thank you for letting me enjoy your comments and the site.

Thank you for letting us all know that you enjoy the bubbler's forums. I'm sure we would love to have you join us whenever you can in any subject that you are interested in.
Your comment also serves as a reminder to all of us that post on a daily basis that many members are actually checking us out even though they are not participating in the writing of the comments for one reason or another.
So with that in mind I would like to throw a wave and a hello out to those that enjoy just sitting back and reading the forums. I would also like to extend a big welcome to anyone that would like to join us. There is plenty of room for more to jump in and share your thoughts, views, and ideas.

I grew up on in Angle Inlet Mn...the very top of the state on Lake of the Woods. you have to cross a few miles of Manitoba Canada to get into the Angle. As I said I am 46 but we never had a real road til 1969 and power came in in 1970. We flew or took a boat to Warroad Mn boat trip varied from 6-8 hrs.One boat was called the Bert Steel other was the Resolute,Frieght and passenger wooden boats.Winter we drove across frozen swamps.Warroad was about 70 miles away.I went to a one room school,grades 1 through 8.
After that for high school we had to go to Warroad Mn or Roseau Mn.I learned to fly at 16 and now my sons and I are into powered parachutes.Thank you all for the warm welcome.Have a great weeks.One more thing...I have an aunt and uncle in International Falls...
