Just wish i could post more here. Soon i will be back to 12 hour days so posting as much as i have since i became a member here will be hard for me. But that doesnt mean i wont post ever again, just that my qty will drop down. I will still post though when i can.
I am proud to say that i am now a NAUT! Hope any of my postings found some value to some people. This site is awesome and i am glad to be a part of it. If i wasnt here some other site would have gotten an extra 1,000 posts from me... glad i was able to put them here. Keep up the great work everyone. Its nice to see the newer members posting as well.
Thanks Buddy! If it wasnt for you bringing me here i never would have achieved this goal. Ill split the award with ya. True, I am probably that fastest risen member ever on this site but to me this isnt about speed. Its about the important and useful info i have posted here for all to enjoy. I look forward to bringing you all another 1,000 posts also. Thanks again Earl and everyone else. What does a member have to do to make the Hall of Fame for the bubbler?....lol

Warm welcome to BadgerBlogger to the forums, I look forward to reading your posts. Before you arrived here I did visit your blog before, during, and after the last Presidential election.
Fifteen posts or a thousand plus, it does not matter how many posts you create, its the number of great friends you find doing it. I know I found many, just in this online community alone.
Earl Earl Earl....when i go fishing im back home by 10:00 a.m....lotsa time for posting my friend...i think youre scared that i may actually pass you buddy! Amilestone i would like to hit is to fish/paddle with each and everyone of you here on the bubbler in Wisconsin. I know that goal is extremely high to reach but one has to have high hopes in life right? Ive had the great pleasure of paddling with Earl so thats 1 down. Amber your time is coming soon so be ready. Keith, i think you should hook up with Earl and I soon my friend...that is, if you think youre ready for a time you would never forget. I know my outing i had with Earl will always be in my mind...was quite an experience full of laughs and good times.
Lifetime goal...paddle 408 miles - the Wisconsin River
You'd be great company on a lifetime paddle goal of mine. I want to paddle the whole 408 miles of the Wisconsin River. Probably in several trips.
By the way, new high today of 1,512 free classifieds at theBubbler.com.
That's a lot of free Wisconsin want ads!
Another Milestone: www.WisEmployment.com is up! Now we have a free service for Wisconsin job seekers and free and low-cost services for Wisconsin employers. I'm hoping that the affiliation with Wisconsin's #1 online guide and directory, theBubbler.com, will quickly help WisEmployment become the # 1 job site for Wisconsin.
Keith - I have done 1/2 that trip before and it is a blast! Not sure if youve ever been down that river so heres some pointers for you when you go:
when camping on the islands make sure you pitch your tent 20 yards farther back than you expected due to the river rising at any given time, you do not want to wake up with all your gear soaked.
take a pole if you plan on fishing also. lots of great fishing on the Wis. river.
bug spray is a must!
also sunscreen as im sure you know how fast you can burn while on the water.
if you have any other questions please feel free to call me.
Keith, the Wisconsin river is actually 413 miles in total length. Figure you paddle about 2 miles an hour and a slow current is around 2-3 miles an hour...should give you a rough estimate of how long the entire river will take...depending on how often you stop and camp. When i did the river i averaged close to 35-40 miles a day for 6 days. Was a great trip and love to do it again but i am looking into doing the boundary waters next year for a week. Let me know if you need any other help or questions regarding the mighty wis. river.
Well i did it...i hit over 1100 posts! I know...i was gone for awhile but im making a slow comeback to my daily postings again. So did anyone miss me? Board looks like it has slowed down for awhile as alot of my last posts are still holding ground in alot of different forums. Lets go bubbler-heads!!! Post post post!!!! Its good to be back
