The Town of Linn Fire Department will be roasting 6000 ears of corn, 25 pigs which is about 5000 pounds of pork and 1000 pounds of potato salad. There will also be a craft area including some dogs from the Illinios Birddog Rescue and fun things for the kids. This all happens on August 12th starting around noon and lasts as long as the pig. There is also an ice cream social and a used furniture sale at the Linn Church next to the pig roast. This is one that you dont want to miss.
