Easy Freezer: Whole Tomatoes
Quick and Easy to do:
All you have to do is wash your whole tomatoes
and wipe them dry and set them whole on your cookie sheet and place them in your freezer.
Let them freeze solid.
The easy part is to take them out of the freezer and just rinse them under water.
the peeling just falls off. (no more stove top cooking)
Then place them into a freezer ziploc bag and freeze again.
Mind don't freeze tight, so I can just take 1 out at a time and use them whole in chili, casseroles, etc...
been doing this for the past 8 years.
no mess on the stove!!!
