The Yooper Bungalow is a great place to stay while you check out all the Western U.P. has to offer! Centrally located in Twin Lakes area of Houghton County, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It has fully equipped kitchen including coffee! All you need to bring is food. The living room has a large sectional sofa, a love seat, and chairs, TV, VCR and movies. The diningroom has a large table by sliding glass doors. Also in the Bungalow are cards, games, puzzles and books. It has 3 comfy bedrooms ready made for your great nights sleep. The bungalow sleeps up to 8 people. One bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, the other two bedrooms each have 3 twin beds. There is a full bathroom that has shampoo and soap as well as towels etc.
The Bungalow is on 25 acres of wooded land. Across the road from the Bungalow is the groomed Bill Nichols Snowmobile trail! Easy access from the lodge & gas is 2 miles down the Trail! Also there is lots of room to park your big snowmobile trailers and trucks, in the winter!
Summer 2010, $100 per night up to 6 people. Check out our website! Winter rates are $30 per person per night up to 8, $180 minimum. Winter rates start Dec 24th. This is a great area for snowmobiling as well as for a summer vacation! Lots to see and do and we have a tourist book for your use while here.
