Moving Songs

I've been trying to move songs from my iTunes library to my Windows Media Player library. The "URGE" music store that comes with the windows media player locks my computer, so I deleted it. The iTunes store works well, and I've found a few songs I downloaded. I can't sync to my mp3 player from iTunes, but I can from my windows player. I think I have to get an iPod to use the iTunes sync. I imported my windows media library to the iTunes, but I can't find how to import my iTunes to my windows media player.
I'll sleep on it some more.

This brings out the persistant question.
Is Mac not compatable with PC or is PC not compatable with Mac?
There are .aiff to mp3, m4a/mp4 to mp3 converters available but I do not know how they work with iTunes and the dreaded DRM (Digital Rights Management) or simply put non-sharing digital music.
I have heard you can burn a cd from iTunes then rip back to mp3 but Ihave no experience in doing that.
If it were me, I would use a music service that is geared to PC's if you have a pc and grear to Mac's if you have a Mac.

But then I have never tried any music service.

I'm burning the playlist to dicc right now. 4 discs for a 500 mb playlist. I might be better off getting an iPod, just to save on buying blank cd's for this procedure. So far, it seems to be working.
Thanks for the help, John 8)
