A good place to start is the "Frequently Asked Questions" in the menu at the left, which is kind of a mini "theBubbler for Dummies". Next, search in the help forum. Someone else may have already asked the question there. Otherwise, you can always post a help request in the help forum or through the Contact Us form.

oh, what ever you do please let's not make a forum or re name a forum, "the bubbler for Dummies." lol lol
Guess being raised by a mom that always told me that 'no question is a dumb question'....it certainly went against my grain when the 'dummies' book series came out. I refused to read them. Even though they were most likely created for people like me! lol
I may feel really 'dumb' most of the time lol trying to figure out how to do things with my computer..(won't tell you how long it took to figure out how to put pictures on here)...but I don't want a book or fourm telling me that I'm a dummie! lol

LOL!!! OK Good Point!!
Some things I'm finally figuring out.......some will still take time.
Now my mom was great for always telling me I was a dummy. Made me feel "great"........she was not a nice person....I can remember being 12 yrs old and her having a fit and took me to get clinique makeup because she said I was ugly.
So if you ever see me fishing with makeup on......you know why.

I also grew up with that message and it was concluded with ,"there are only dumb answers"
Well just the opposite is true for my work place, any question is viewed as stupidity!! and viewed as a defect.
anyway I was taught that if you look at any topic of knowledge as if it were a circle with the size proportioned to your knowledge , growing as you learn more. The circumfernce of the circle represents what you do not know about the topic so as your learn more and your circle grows, so does the circumference and what you do not know.
Just imagine what size circle those self-proclaimed experts have?
instead off calling us "Dummys" maybe we should be called
"re-educated Geniuses"

Video for Members - NOT dummies...
Like Crys said earlier, the FAQs are the best place to start.
Some of the forums are good for help, too.
I'm excited about the prospect of getting video tutorials up. Those should be very helpful, 'cept I'm afraid that once everyone gets a look at your truly, they'll flee! And I'd better not wear makeup.
Regards,
Keith

Once the tutorials are up and running it will be alot easier for members to understand the features on theBubbler.
Very good idea.
Hope to see this in place soon.
