We need a organizational chart

Got an idea,, how about a list of who to contact for certain problems,, such as who to contact for classified issues, forum issues,, that sorta stuff.

I never know who to ask or who to inform of a problem.

If that already exists,,, PLEASE let me know where it is..... LOL

I can be a bit blind at times,, so someone point me in the general direction and give me a shove.

The best way to contact the staff is to use the Contact Us form. The link is in the side navigation or at the top of the page. If you're having a problem on a specific page of the site, you can also use the "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of the page because it captures the url of the page you're on.

I'm the person you contact for any of those problems, but I prefer that you use the contact form over, say, PMing me, because if I'm sick for several days or in the hospital after a car accident, for instance, that form goes to a couple people, not just me. Also, the requests are numbered at my end and I can keep better track of who I've responded to with the contact forms than I can if I'm getting support requests from multiple directions.

You can also post questions to the "Help" forum.

Questions on banner advertising go to Keith, and should be sent to us through the Contact Us form (he's one of the other people who receives the contact forms).

If problems are reported to anyone else directly, other than through the contact form, then you get a kind of telephone-game problem, where I may not be getting all the information I need to solve the problem and I won't necessarily know who to contact to get that information.

Crys handles most queries, but several of us monitor the Contact Us forms. No matter who replies the whole team gets a better sense of the nature of the queries that are coming in. Plus the numbering helps all of us, like Crys said.

We're hoping to add video vignettes soon. Screen capture with voice-over instructions on various parts of theBubbler and common uses (and common mistakes) of various areas like Forums, free Wisconsin classifieds (as a buyer and as a seller), Member pages, etc.

Your suggestions are always welcome. (There's a place for those, too, in the Water Cooler section of the Forums).
