Description
Hot Chili

| Ingredients |
- 1 Pound ground beef (Black Angus)
- 1 Onion-chopped
- 1 Package Onion soup
- 1 15.5 ounce can pinto beans w/ jalapeno peppers or use season chili beans
- 1 Packet of chili seasoning (name brand)
- 1 Teaspoon ground Cumin
- 2 Teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 3 Teaspoons chili powder
- 2 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 2 Teaspoons jalapeno pepper juice (from pickled jalapeno pepper jar)
- 2 Chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 14.5 ounce tomato diced w/jalapeno
- Crystal Hot Sauce, Extra Hot "to taste" *

No prior preparation is required.

- Brown meat with onion and chili seasoning mix
- Add seasonings
- Add Diced tomato
- Add tomato sauce
- Add onion soup mix
- Add beans
- Add chopped jalapenos
- Add jalapeno juice
- Sparingly sprinkle “Crystal Hot Sauce, Extra Hot” on top and mix in
- Simmer for min 3 hours and set overnight in refrigerator
- Heat and add “Crystal Hot Sauce, Extra Hot” and salt to taste (see Me)*
