Easy Cheesy Potatos

Description
This is the easiest side dish/potato recipe! My family loves it!
Ingredients
  • 8 Frozen hash brown potato patties/wedges
  • 1 Can (about 10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • You will need an 8x8 inch square metal or glass pan for oven cooking or
  • an 8x8 inch square glass dish for microwave cooking.
Preparation
No prior preparation is required.
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix the can of soup with the milk.
  2. 2. Layer 4 of the frozen hash brown pattie/wedges on bottom of pan.
  3. 3. Spread half the soup/milk mixture on the frozen hash browns.
  4. 4. Sprinkle half the cheese on top of the soup/milk mixture.
  5. Repeat process with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until the hash browns are tender and very hot all the way through.
  7. OR
  8. Cook in microwave on 50% power for about 20 minutes then full power until hash browns are tender and very hot all the way through.
  9. You can also substitute frozen french fries, frozen steak fries or the loose kind of frozen hash browns.
  10. If you prefer cream of celery soup or cream of potato soup, they work fine also.
