Free self-guided tours of more than 100 years of family cheesemaking. Cheddar wheels made the old-fashioned way. Sample our fresh curds. Open Mon through Sat, 8 am to 4 pm, except Christmas and New Year's day. Best time to view is 8 to 11 am. Curds, cheddar in daisies, midgets, flats, gems and favorites. Colby, monterey jack and dariworld. Retail outlet and an observation window.
