Strawberry Salsa

Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: Easy Serving Size: Makes 1 1/2 cups	Description Serve with grilled chicken, or fish.
Ingredients
1 cup coarsely chopped strawberries 1 Tbsp.. orange juice 1 tsp. grated orange peel (zest) 1 green onion, finely chopped, top included 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 2 Tbsp. dried currants 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
Hull Strawberries, grate the orange peel (zest), chop the onion and measure the remaining ingredients.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
