Hubby (Bud) and I live on our farm that is about 1/2 mile north of the southern border of St. Croix County. We are 2 miles east of River Falls, in Kinnickinnic Township, and are beginning to feel the pressure of the City of River Fall's growth.

'Way out west here' we feel very isolated from the rest of the state of Wis., as all of the TV media is from MN and therefore any political news and sports is always of MN origin.

We do make it a point to shop in RF first, then the west WI area. The very last thing we have bought in MN was back in '92 when we purchased our Saturn auto and there was not yet a Saturn dealer in Eau Clair.

Our interests are political observation, NA$CAR, news, Classic Country music, and our 11 year old black Labrador Retriever Auggie; just your typical WI Rednecks.
