After 38 games, Brewers have a 19-19 record
Being at .500 is both good and bad.
They are in 4th place in the central right now (Astros, Reds+Cardinals are 3rd, 2nd and 1st).
Only 5 games out of first isn't bad, but the teams in the central are pretty good for the most part. All are at or above .500 except for the Cubs and Pirates.
Brewers took 2 out 3 of the Mets, which is great. Mets are the 1st place team in the NL east.
Brewers also lead MLB with the most home runs still (I believe with 50 something, I can't remember the exact number).
Hopefully the pitching can be better, that's usually the issue. Starters Tomo Ohka and Ben Sheets are out right now, along with relief pitcher Rick Helling. Relievers aren't that good for the Brewers. Turnbow is a great closer, but alot of the rest are wild at times.
