The latest reading at 12:57 p.m. is at 8.9 feet and is rising. The flood stage is 9.0 feet. The river is forecast to crest at 9.5 feet this afternoon. At 9.0 feet, which is flood stage, there is widespread lowland and agricultural flooding. This warning will remain in effect until the river falls back below flood state.
