Apple Sausage Breakfast Ring

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker, crushed
  • 1 c. grated apple, peeled
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
  1. n/a
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
  2. On a Large foiled platter or foiled cookie sheet, form or meat mixture into a ring. Chill several hours or over night. Cover it with foil.
  3. Place the foiled cookie sheet in the oven and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  4. Now in the center of the baked ring and fill it with scrambled eggs and enjoy..

Combine all ingredients, mix well.
