Ingredients
3-4 BONELESS SPARERIBS CUT INTO 1 INCH CHUNKS 5 JALAPENO PEPPERS 3 ROMA TOMATOES MEDIUM SIZE 1 GARLIC CLOVE 1/4 OF A SMALL ONION SALT TO TASTE
Preparation
No prior preparation is required.
Instructions
PLACE PORK,JALAPENO PEPPERS, TOMATOES IN MEDIUM SIZE POT FILL POT WITH HOT WATER. BOIL UNTIL PEPPERS AND TOMATOES ARE DONE REMOVE THEM CONTINUE COOKING PORK UNTIL DONE. WHILE PORK IS STILL COOKING PLACE PEPPERS,TOMATOES,GARLIC, SALT AND ONION IN BLENDER BLEND UNTIL LIQUID.TAKE PORK OUT OF WATER AND PLACE IN POT WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF HOT OIL COOK UNTIL BROWNED THEN POUR MIXTURE FROM BLENDER OVER PORK LOWER HEAT AND COOK FOR APPROX 3 MORE MINUTES EXCELLENT WITH BLACK BEANS SPANISH RICE AND CORN TORTILLAS.
