Leandra was raised on Perry Como and barbershop, Neal on The Mamas and the Papas and Swedish hymns.
They met in college twenty-six years ago, but began their married and professional music life in 1989.
Their sound is unmistakable and their songs are layered with textures of everyday life and love.
With a recent City Pages Best Female Vocalist Award for Leandra and a new CD being released in 2007, we are ecstatic to FINALLY host Neal & Leandra on the Festival stage.
