Most of them are coming out very dark and even though I have dusted them I am see dust marks.
Many dont come out clear or just poor quality, but if I put them in the projector and look at them they are fine.
Is there a way to scan these so I can put them on disk??

Your scanner needs to be equipped with transparency capability and set on transparency.
