beautiful day for a hike and pictures!

Spring was so in the air today down at the Illinois Beach State Park by the sand dunes. We love to drive down and take long walks and today was around 52 degress by the lake. We saw many deer just keeping an eye on us as we drove through the campgrounds, and lots of ducks being lazy in the small ponds while we walked the paths.

The sand dunes are beautiful as you walk on the paths that are allowed. The wetlands are also interesting. We love to stand and just listen to the many frogs talking to each other from one part to another.
