Barely 2-digit highs coming, and negative lows.
Thanks for these pics!

Dreaming of the warm summer days til its' return.....
PK those fireworks shots are Fabulous!!! I'll have to add some from my time back in Kentucky, they are absolutely firework crazy!!!! To describe it to my family I said - They start with our grand finaly and then... it gets bigger, plus it goes on for days!!!
Here is the grand finaly for the 4th of July fireworks on the Ohio River at the border between Ohio and Kentucky.

This is a daytime shot from our front porch. We had a fantastic view of Cinncinati and Covington seperated by the Ohio River. The fireworks there begin about a week before the 4th (EVERYBODY and their brother, and all their cousins, have the BIG ones) so every night after the sun goes down we'd sit on the porch and watch the firework show for several hours. By the end of the 4th of July celebration, it's hard to drive home through town, because there's so much smoke filling the streets.

I sailed from Menoninee,MI to Sister Bay, WI one summer along with some friends. Here is a shot taken of me at the helm. I am just an old salt!!! yaya
It was summer, it was hot on land but cool on the waters of Green Bay and very relaxing as the wind was very light. We spent one night at Nicolet Bay area of Peninsual State Park and one night in North Bay of Chambers Island. That night I slept on deck, armed with mosquito spray and a sleeping bag. I had one of the most memorable nights of my life. From stars so clear you could almost reach out and touch them to the moon so bright. The only sound heard was that of the water lapping the boat.It was a trip of a lifetime as the owner was injured a few weeks later and never sailed again.
