I used to visit Chambers Island three times a year, spring, summer & fall. That was a time when I had much more vaction time than I do now(part of the affects of being downsized). I did volunteer work for the retreat hosuse located on Chamber Island. The retreat house is positioned on a thin strip of land on the east side of the island sandwiched between the waters of Green Bay and Mackaysee lake. I would always take a room on the east side close to the exit door. One particular cool summer morning I awoke just before sunrise and walked down to the boulder lined east shore line of the Green Bay waters.I could barely see my hands in front of me due to the morning fog but I found a boulder to pirch on and sat there cross-legged in deep prayer and meditation. I could hear the water lapping at the boulders and the sealgulls somewhere off in the distance. The surise quickly burned away at the moring fog and the results are in the photo below. That morning I believe I levitated three inches above that boulder. After I took this shot I walked back up the ridge and looked out over Mackaysee lake where the moon was setting for the day. I experinced both sides of a day Simultaneously.
