Paramount GIG will be presenting "A Dance With Early Jazz" on Saturday July 15 at 7pm to raise funds for the etching of inductees into the Walk of Fame. The event will feature Dixieland jazz Norrie Cox and His Stompers who were recognized in 2006 by the Wisconsin Area Music Industry with a WAMI award as the Traditional Americana Group of the Year There will be cabaret style seating along with room to dance.

Paramount GIG has been selected by the Community Development Authority in Grafton to vote on the first names that will be premiered in the Walk of Fame. Paramount GIG has also committed to raise the funds for the etching of each artist.
Charley Patton (Father of the Delta Blues), Gertrude "Ma" Rainey (Mother of the Blues), Blind Lemon Jefferson, Nehemiah "Skip" James, Thomas A. Dorsey (Father of Gospel Music), and Henry Townsend (last surviving Paramount artist) have been named to be the first inductees into the giant keyboard Walk of Fame that will be placed in the Paramount Plaza in the heart of Grafton.
Tickets can be purchased for $15 in advance on at the Grafton State Bank, Ozaukee Bank in Grafton, Faymous Music and Sound, the Grafton Senior Center or by calling (262) 376-0859. Tickets at the door are $20. The event is primarily sponsored by the Grafton State Bank along with Schmidt Realty and Hollrith Realty.
