After nursing a broken engagement with Jane Austen novels and Absolut vodka, Courtney Stone—a modern girl from LA—wakes up in the bedchamber, (and body!), of a woman in Regency England, forced to pretend she is that woman.
Nothing has prepared her for the realities of being a single woman who must fend off suffocating chaperones, uncouth seducers and marriages of convenience.
