This is a Coachmen Clipper pop-up camper. It is in great working condition and everything works! It pulls out to create a 25' long camper with a side pull-out to add extra width for you and your family. The pop-ups are great because you can open all the windows and it feels like a screened-in tent with great air-flow. It offers you a hearty sized camper with a small foot-print for easy and convenient storage. Gets you off the ground in comfort and style. Pulls great behind a vehicle and is light-weight enough for a car to pull it as well.
It has a long list of features including:
14' long box closed
2 pull-out beds which was enough for 2 adults on one side and our 2 children on the other side.
Kitchen table dinette which folds flat to sleep 2 more!
3 fan/light units that plug into light fixtures in camper.
Ceiling vent/fan to expell excess heat from inside.
Working sink with water storage tank. Can also be connected to pressurized water source.
Water heater for sink/shower
Refridgerator works on 120V (house current), 12V (battery) or natural gas. Works great!
Includes a stove with 3 burners. Stove can be connected to the on-board LP tank either next to the sink, or can be mounted on side of camputer outside.
Toilet which has never been used (still wrapped in plastic).
Shower stall (no shower curtain, but there is a track on the ceiling where one could easily be added)
Heater which works great to heat the inside if it gets cold. Runs off the on-board LP tank.
Uses 'straight 4' tail-light connector, common in most vehicles and can be converted to most popular connectors. All lights work.
Clean and clear title
We have used this about 3 times/summer for the last 3 years. Our kids are getting older and we would like to upgrade. It has been a great starter-unit for us and if you are looking to get into
something like this for a great price, this may be the camper for you.
