I have had the opinion that anyone who is in prision, should be required to be a blood donor if their health permits. Just think of all the pints of blood that could be donated, make it a part of thier payback to society.

Except there are alot of prisoners I wouldn't "want" blood from.. they'd have to be carefully screened for any health problems, an expensive proposition.
