Torres told the officers by phone that the next time they see him (Torres) and his daughter they will have both been shot and then hung up.
Torres has family in the Zion/Waukegan area (Illinois) (right across the Illinois/Wisconsin border), but it is not known of which direction he is driving.
Anyone with any information is urged to call the Kenosha Police Department immediately. 262-605-5200.
