theBubbler Dells Camping Trip

Dates: June 5, 6, 7 & 8, 2008

Location: Dells TimberLand Camping Resort, Wisconsin Dells (Click Here for Directions)

Who is Invited? All theBubbler staff, moderators and members are invited! Staff and mods (plus their significant others and kids) camp free. Members can receive 25% off campsite reservations by registering for the Dells TimberLand Newsletter!

What Will We Be Doing? See the Camping Weekend Itinerary for full details. This itinerary will be updated as events are added. Events include:

* A pontoon boat ride for staff and mods
* The Camping for a Cause charity chili cookoff with Gilbert Brown
* Breakfast at Paul Bunyan's Restaurant

How Do I Sign Up? If you are a staff member or moderator, please private message kris10 with the number of campers in your party.

If you are a registered member of theBubbler, you can receive your 25% off coupon and RSVP to Dells TimberLand at 800-774-1514. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account. Not a member? Register for free!

2. Go to http://www.thebubbler.com/dells and fill out the form to subscribe to the Dells TimberLand newsletter.

3. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Click the confirmation link in the email. You will be taken to the coupon page.

4. Call Dells TimberLand to RSVP at 800-774-1514 and give the Dells TimberLand staff the code on the coupon. The coupon is good for any dates in June 2008.

Do I have to camp on theBubbler's weekend?
We'd love to have you in our group, but if you can't make it you can use the coupon for 25% any camping in June.

I can't stay all weekend, can I visit or attend specific events?
Please private message kris10 if you are interested in attending a single event or day of camping. We will check with the campground to see if a day pass must be purchased.

What is Camping for a Cause?
Camping for a Cause is a charity event to raise money for The Gilbert Brown Foundation. Events will be held at several Dells campgrounds throughout the weekend with Gilbert Brown and other Packers. The event at Dells TimberLand is a Chili Cookoff and auction on Saturday, June 7. See CampingForACause.com for a list of events and chili cookoff entry form.

I have questions about the campground. Where do I get answers?

We have a new event on the agenda!

We have tickets for the Dells Comedy Club 9:00 pm "Wild for Hypnosis" show on Friday, June 6 of our camping trip!

theBubbler staff, mods and members with 50+ forum posts plus one guest are invited to attend the show. If you and your guest plan on attending, you MUST RSVP TO ME BY 2:00 PM ON MONDAY, JUNE 2. I will be giving the club a head count that afternoon and we cannot add guests after we've booked our seats!

- This Vegas-style show features hypnosis and comedy using 12-20 audience volunteers.
- The show starts at 9:00 pm and lasts approx 2 hours with no intermission. - This Show is Rated "R" for language.
- Audience members must be 17 or older to attend unless they are with a parent.
- No one under 13 admitted.
- Smoking is allowed at the 9:00 show.

For those of us that couldn't make it...do you have any fun stories you can share with us? Maybe Keith sat in a puddle of water and why? Or who won the chili contest? Someone getting lost going to the bathroom at night in the dark? lol Any pictures? How many Bubbler members showed up? More or less than last year? ...... Let's hear the stories!
