Title: Schroeder

I am researching the Joseph and Catherine SCHROEDER family who imigrated from Poland in the mid 1870's to Two Rivers, WI. They had at least two children that came with them, Frank and Anna (my great grandmother). Twins were born after their arrival, Joseph and Peter, born 1875/6. Anna married Richard PITNER. Please contact me if you have any information on this family.

Smile Re: Featured Forum Thread: SCHROEDER

Not sure if this helps you, but my father researched our family extensively and found that the best source for ALL information was housed in Arizona through the Mormon Church's library. Apparently, the Mormons believe that if they can save you, they can save everyone in your family. Thus, they keep extensive records on seemingly everyone. He was amazed to find a wealth of info on our family that extended back to the early 1700's. The more info you have to work with, the easier it is to research.

Good luck.
