The one they built for the school teacher a few years ago here was huge! She had three kids but one was out of school and the other two probably are by now. Plus they made it out on the show to sound like her husband had just died, when in fact, they were divorced for some time. I went out and watched one day while they were building the house...I have pictures around here somewhere of it. Hopefully, she will be able to keep up on the taxes, etc. for the new house. With all the cutbacks at the state level right now, the school is announcing today that they will be laying off 40 teachers. Hopefully, she won't be one of the ones to receive a pink slip. I don't know how they are going to choose them, but I heard from someone that the band teacher is one who will be laid off and he just recently received the Teacher of the Year award!

I agree! I can not watch those home makeover shows for that very reason.
Have yet to see this show.. may try to watch an episode online.
