Thought I'd start an "official" Hell's Kitchen thread..
Hell's Kitchen is getting closer to a finish this 2009 season..
I'll tell you, I wasn't overly impressed by Dave's slow speech and appearance at the beginning of the season but since then I've been very impressed.
I was so glad to see Robert go.. I see in the HK forums there was alot of support for Robert but personally I think he was alot of bluster. Many thought he shouldn't have been made to do the bike ride punishment because of his size. I think if you sign up, you need to be prepared to compete just like everyone else.
Of the girl's, I've always been partial to Sabrina for some reason.. Tennile's voice just sets me on edge. I was sorry to see Amanda go.
Here I was sick with a cold and looking forward to it this week and it was pre-empted.. can't wait for next week.
I watch it but missed it this week (or thought I had) because we had company that night. I am looking forward to next week too! I was glad to see Robert go too but still not sure who I want to win though.
My thought is there might have been some legal obligation to include Robert this season because I certainly wasn't impressed by him last season either.
I forget but it looked like Dave got injured (again) in the previews.. hopefully not seriously enough to be eliminated.
Van or Kevin would be ok with me as well as winners as would Sabrina or Ariel.

Looks like my choices are up in the air as well!
Dave is my first pick as well, Though there are some good people in the running.

I seen a preview of Dave getting reinjured & they make it look like he will be leaving the show, after his most recent injury
For those who like Hell's Kitchen... this seems to be the female version (sorta) of the show & starts tonight.
Quote:
Her name is Blythe Beck, and she's the executive chef of Central 214 in Dallas. She screams at some of her staff, including calling her sous chef Eric a monkey (instead of a donkey!). But mostly she's just raunchy and likes to say outrageous things in order to provoke people.
Ugh, one of my favorite players got eliminated in the first hour.. was 100% in agreement with Ramsay's decision to eliminate the second contestant in the second hour.
Don't want to spoil it for anyone who recorded it by naming names yet.. looks like a good episode next week!
Looks like a fun show (on Oxygen).. I'll have to try and catch it online, thanks!
Maybe you'll start a separate thread to keep us up to date?
I'm looking forward to Hell's Kitchen tonight!
It does look like a fun show, she's a plus size comedian, so it should be fun to watch. However I didn't watch it last night... My son is in town this week & we went out for a while, since hell's kitchen & dancing with the stars were both recording on dvr i had to skip the new show.
I may catch it online myself, if i ever find the time... if i do, i'll be sure to post about it.

Good to see Dave hanging in there, was surprised that Tennille did so well, i just cant see her winning though.
Van had to go... he was entertaining, but a screw up. I thought Van was going to blow a gasket when they eliminated him, but i'm glad he handled it like a man.

I agree 100%. I was glad to see him go. I didn't like him from the start and then last night when he was sweating in the food! Ewww!
Yeah, I was sorry to see Sabrina go.. glad to see Suzanne do a little better. Happy to see Van go after his attitude. I don't think Tenille has a real chance.. I think it's going to be between Kevin and Dave tho I could be surprised.
Who else thinks Tennille will be next to leave Hell's Kitchen?
Coming attractions make you wonder if Dave will make it to another show..
I wish Tennille would have left in the beginning, she annoys me to no end. I don't know that Dave will go to the end, doesn't seem so, but he is the best they have left.
Hoping Tenille gets the boot.. don't think she will as they give her most of the segue shots..
I hope she is a goner as well, I'll have to dvr, since i wont be home till late, but Hell's Kitchen is a show that i will watch before bed, even though there are about 20 others on the dvr from the past week that i haven't had time to watch.

The final four chefs get a pep talk from an unusual source and are challenged to prepare 80 vegetarian entrees, but a surprise twist complicates the task; the winner gets a makeover and lunch with Gordon; two contestants fall apart during dinner.
