I wonder how they decided on what 12 would be in a group? Tonight it seems they put several really good ones together where the first night not so. It seems as if doing it this way some of the not so talented is getting through and then in a case like tonight we will be losing some that should have been in. Doesn't seem fair.

Jorge Nuņez, 20, Carolina, Puerto Rico He has a nice voice.
Ju'Not Joyner, 26, Bowie, Md. I really liked his voice.
Scott MacIntyre I think he sings very good also, and may take it by popular vote.
Did I miss someone for tonight?
I think you picked them pretty well Patti. Those are the ones I think had the best performances tonight. It is hard to say which three will be chosen since ya never know how America will vote. I really liked Jorge Nunez and Lil Rounds the best though.
I hope AI gets the hint that this way is just wrong. And loose the 4th judge to. Have no idea why they thought that was a good idea. Maybe it is their way to push Paula out but I think I would rather listen to Paula's stumbling around for words then Kara acting like she knows everything and forever bossing Simon. She just doesn't make a good fit.
I agree about the 4th judge.. miss know it all & i'd never even heard of her before this... I hope she gets her season of exposure & moves on, Paula signs on to continue & Simon continues to be brutal... Just like it's always been.
I wonder if the 4th judge issue would bother me so much if it were someone different, this chic just irks me!

The judges chose the final 12 to sing last night... yeah they are losing some good people tonight thats for sure... listening last night, i was surprised how many good singers are in this wild card show, it's a shame only 3 will move on.

I actually kinda liked her at the very first but grew quite tired of her. She tries at times to have a tough attitude, bossy type of mannerism, and then she changes and almost tries to act kind and/or flirty. Weird. I also notice she seems to mimic Randy a lot and I think he has that figured out. Doesn't seem to be a close chemistry between any of the judges with her.
But our luck she will stay and Paula will leave.

Call me crazy but I thought ADAM LAMBERT was fantastic last night! His version of Ring of Fire was totally different and really showed his range of vocals. Great voice. Very strange, eerie but fascinating song. Go Adam!
Danny was also good. But I agree with Simon that he needs to get a different outfit. (that coming from Simon is kinda funny though with his same t-shirt look each week). lol I really didn't like Danny's coat thing he had going on but his voice was still awesome.

I cant see the video, i'm at work.. however it's funny you should say that, just last week i mentioned his style (lack of) to my daughter & how he sings well, but his look & super thick glasses may just do him in, sadly looks do count to the people.
I agree a statement like that seems comical coming from Simon with his same tight shirt style for the last 8 years lol I'm sure Ryan had a comeback for him, right? I cant see him letting that slide, with as much as he picks on Simons wardrobe.
I also thought Adam Lambert did really well and I liked his version of "Ring of Fire" . I thought Danny Goke sang very well, but I didn't like his outfit either. Allison Iraheta (red haired 16 yr. old) was pretty good last night, too and so was Lil Rounds. I'm thinking that either Kris Allen or Anoop Desai will go home tonight.
I think Anoop did a good enough job to stay another week...but even though Kris has a good voice, and also nice looking there is something about him that makes him forgettable. When he comes on I think..'oh yeah, that guy'. lol
The two that kinda bug me for no real reason other than they bug me.. lol is Alexis Grace and the one lady with the tattoo up her arm. Alexis has a nice voice but then she talks afterwards. She needs to be quiet. lol And the other one, sorry can't remember her name bugs me with her weird shake and her not that great voice. Can't wait for them to leave. If they don't and they stay for awhile I hope they grow up me cuz they are not doing anything for me now. lol

I wasn't surprised. There was something about her attitude that I did not care for. She sang good but others were better. My son liked the song Jolene and thought she did good. the video is taken from last night's show where she sings the song and her clip over the time she was there.

I was not sorry to see Alexis go and glad that the judges didn't waste their "save" on her. I was surprised to see Allison and Michael in the bottom three last night though.

Same here... i was surprised that they even considered saving her to begin with, personally never thought she sang very good, well maybe in a bar in front of a bunch of drunk people she would be ok IMO
Just glad they got rid of her before wasting their time taking her on the top 10 tour.
