Quarles & Bradley backs out of occupying US Bank sister high-rise.
US Bank still moving forward with a 2nd 42 floor, 601 foot high-rise.

This is good that US Bank is still determined to move forward on their plans with a new US Bank high-rise of the same height with a more innovative design. There are no renderings at this point, but Quarles & Bradley wasn't a staple variable in US Bank's decisions on planting signature twin towers in Milwaukee.
Current US Bank high-rise featured here as the large white tower:

Milwaukee condominium high-rise, 33 floor, 380 foot Kilbourn Tower, is almost completed.
Kilbourn Tower will most likely begin operating near the end of spring later this year. I have some shots showing progress throughout construction. This thing is really taking shape.
Structure almost errected:

Notice the size of the Calatrava; the large white art piece structure in front of Kilbourn Tower. It is the most notable edition to the Milwaukee Art Museum. This piece has an elevator inside it and can fit an average 2 story family home inside the main gathering room. Notice the park benches in front of the Calatrava along the fence line.
Initial construction near complete:

I drove through the Marquette Exchange recently on a visit to Milwaukee so I could get a good view of most of the downtown area from the apex of the interchange structure. Kilburn Tower is a bonified signature edition to the Milwaukee skyline. It is not the flagship structure like the US Bank but you can't miss it.
University Club Tower: 36 floor, 446 foot condiminium high-rise, under construction.
University Club tower will go in really close to Kilbourn Tower and will be considerably taller. As a matter of fact, UV Club will be the 3rd tallest high-rise in Milwaukee when it is complete, being only 31 feet shorter than 100 East Wisconsin. However, Kilbourn Tower will be the 7th highest high-rise in Milwaukee coming in at 51 feet shorter than Kilbourn Tower.

Milwaukee primary Interstate Hub, Marquette Exchange, is now under construction.
Milwaukee's largest and main Interchange, the Marquette Exchange, is going to be completely rebuilt piece by piece. The structure is just too old as it's wearing down and raising safety concerns. The unit was built for heavier vehicles during the time of construction years ago but the number of vehicles on the Marquette Exchange at this point have well made up for the difference in weight. The new structure will look more modern, all left hand exits will be removed and the entire structure will be 9 feet taller.
