Where can I see art in Milwaukee?

I'm new to Milwaukee and have only found a few cool galleries. Any suggestions?

So far I've seen Red Car Gallery and Hotcakes Gallery. They are both really great, but I'm also looking for more conservative spaces I can take my parents when they come to visit just after New Year's.

Clicking on theBubbler.com "Wisconsin Communities" then > Milwaukee then > Art will give you ten great listings (although a couple are duplicates). These include ArtScene Milwauke and the (absolute "must-see") Milwaukee Art Museum.

You mentioned a couple of galleries. Encourage them to put links in theBubbler in the appropriate categories...or take the liberty of adding them yourself.

We sure would appreciate help from you in adding listings. Obviously, you appreciate places to view art. That makes you qualified, to our way of thinking, to add these places to theBubbler!
