He will speak on "Sikaru, Henquet and Zythos, Oh My! Exploring the Ancient Appetite for Beer."
Beer is one of the oldest alcoholic beverages known
It was enjoyed by both the ancient Mesopotamians and Egyptians
This lecture will focus on the production and consumption, highlighting archaeological examples from both Eastern and Western hemispheres
