Grand Civil War Ball to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of President Abraham Lincoln and his landmark 2nd Inaugural Address, calling the nation to "care for him who shall have borne the battle."

We're thrilled to announce that Frogwater will be playing music for dancing at the Second Inauguration Ball in addition to the period music by the Regimental Volunteer Band of Wisconsin.

Coming to the ball and want to learn a couple of the dances? We will have two sessions in February at the Hales Corners Library: February 10 and February 24. Dance sessions begin at 6:30 p.m. Wear comfortable, smooth-soled shoes.

The ball dance program will include: Soldier's Joy; Common Jig; Highland Reel; Gothic Dance; Rustic Reel; Thady, You Gander; Sir Roger de Coverly. All dances will be called and/or taught.
