BUSKERS? Never heard of such a thing? Buskers are dancers, mimes, magicians, living statues, sidewalk artists, jugglers, fire dancers, etc. that “pass the hat” and leave the reward up to audience.
Busker festivals are uncommon in the United States but very common in Europe and other parts of the world. Area merchants will offer great deals during a sidewalk sale.
