Thanks Keith! I will try to stop by more often! Now that hurricane season is more than 1/2 over, I won't be so busy moving stuff around ..... in/out....up/down.......pack/unpack......buy more batteries and water....you know, all that crappy evac stuff! I am so happy none came HERE so far! We did get a bit of storm surge from Gustav and IKE, all the way to my garage, but not inside. And those storms were far away! A friend of mine in Galveston lost her beach house. They still can't find it. Not a speck of it! She took my advice though.....went to visit it the weekend before and get out anything she would "miss" if it were gone.
I'll be back soon!!!

Greetings, Keith!! This is Ami, now known as mommafox, formerly known as foxbichons (because I can't remember my password for it, and don't remember what email address I was using back then so I can continue using my original ID - so I get to be a featured member twice - LoL).

I just wanted to let you know I did NOT fall off the face of the earth. All heck broke loose with my son who was sick, resulting in us moving to Minneapolis for just over two years and him having a double lung transplant and then a liver transplant. It's great to be back on here!! Now busy looking for a horse for my daughter, Emma, who is now a whopping FOURTEEN YEARS OLD, hard to believe!! Also, trying to get in touch with a lady who posted an adorable bulldog puppy for sale. My two bichons need a new playmate. Maybe Mia will stop trying to get pregnant if she has a new baby to take care of - LoL.
