I kinda have an outside job, my finace and I work for Coldwell Banker as Realtor. But he does all the work and I get to stay home. It sounds like you have wonderful goals for your business. It definitly helps to have goals set in place, it makes them more achieveable! I too have goals for my home business. My goal is to become a Senior Director by next June. I made Director last month so I am very excited about that!

For your open house, is it like a Work at Home Job fair?? You may want to look into holding it at the library. The only thing about that would probably be the space available..they don't have much space...
