Have you ever considered placing a webcam at your place of business and streaming your daily activities via a site like justin.tv or ustream?
People love to watch webcams and you don't have to play to the camera if you're shy.. just have it on!
But if you can demo your products or services during the day (you can schedule these on the video site you stream from), so much the better!
Make it instructional.. realtors could show what a new buyer needs to know, plumbers could demonstrate the differences in using copper vs pvc, etc.
