credit repair and other top adsense keywords

Adsense keywords are the little Google text ads (and sometimes banner ads) that you see on sites like theBubbler and virtually everywhere on the internet where people publish a lot (forums, blogs, etc.)

I've been looking at lists of the purported "top adsense keywords" at a number of places. (Of course I googled the list of places to look for top keywords). By "top", I mean the keywords that pay the most. When someone is on a site and they click on a text or banner ad from google, google keeps half of the money the advertiser gets the other half.

One of the biggest observations I made was that the biggest part of the list seems to be keywords for credit repair, credit counseling, poor credit, debt consolidation and the like.

Between that and the headlines in the daily papers about Wall Street and the mortgage and finance meltdown, what does that say about our culture?

Seriously though, keywords do tell a story about human nature and culture in general. It's no wonder a term like credit repair is at the top of the list!

I'm surprised no one else has commented or replied to this thread.. I actually find keyword research to be fascinating and fun.. the trick is to use them effectively.
