Following a one year illness Mrs. Anna Kretsche here died Tuesday at age 72.
Mrs. Kretsche had come here from her Bohemian home in 1880, and her husband
preceded her in death 13 years ago. She is survived by 4 sons and a daughter.
(Note from cem. office: The Burial Register has Anna Kretche, born in Bohemia.
She is buried next to Paul Krejci, born in Bohemia, on a lot purchased by Paul
Krecjie (according to lot book) or Krejcie (in computer program). Also on the
lot is a Helen Urbanek, whose parents were John & Anna (nee Princl) Kratche.
We don't have a John & Anna Kratche but we do have John & Anna Kretche on a
lot purchased by John Krejchie (according to lot book) or Kretche (in computer
program). I don't have any Kretsche burials, but I do have people with the last
name Kretsch.(That's about 7 versions of the name.)

From Der Nord Westen, 24 Oct. 1895: (From the correspondent in Mishicott, 22 Oct.)
Also, death last Fri. afternoon of the father (not named) of George Prinzel.
The deceased was over 90-1/2 yrs. of age., and his wife had died during the
ocean crossing as the family came to America about 50 yrs. ago. Burial was
last Sun. at the Catholic Cemetery in Tisch Mills.

From Der Nord Westen, 14 Dec. 1905: (From the correspondent in Mishicott, 12 Dec.)
68-yr. old Mrs. Geo. Princel died Fri. in her home near
here after an illness of several weeks. She leaves her
husband as well as a son and a daughter – Matt. Princel,
on the old family farm, and Mrs. J. Krejci, who lives
near here. Mrs. Princel was buried Sun. in a heavily
attended funeral at the Tisch Mills Cemetery.
